பேரா. பூங்காவனம் ஐயாவின் பவள விழா 2.2.2019 அன்று பெங்களூர் தமிழ்ச் சங்கத்தின் திருவள்ளுவர் அரங்கில் மிகச் சிறப்பாக நடந்தேறியது.

 

 

 

அந்நன்னாளில் அவருடைய அன்பர்களின் வாழ்த்துக்கள்..

புலவர் கார்த்தியாயினி அவர்கள் ஒரு கும்மிப் பாட்டே எழுதி விட்டார்கள்.

நிகழ்ச்சியின் போது வந்திருந்த அன்பர்கள் பலர் அவர்களுடைய இனிய நினைவுகளை பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள ஆசைப் பட்டார்கள். நேரமின்மையால் அவர்களுடைய  ஆசையை அப்போது நிறைவேற்ற முடியவில்லை.  அவர்களை “நான் கண்ட பூங்காவனம் ஐயா” என்ற தலைப்பில் எழுதி அனுப்புமாறு கேட்டுக் கொண்டோம்.

அவருடைய மாணவி ஒருவர் எழுதி அனுப்பியதை கீழே காணலாம்.

 

 

மற்றும் சிலர் ஆங்கிலத்திலே எழுதி இருக்கிறர்கள்.

Our Doctor is unique since he is lecturer and researcher in Tamil and totally dedicating to Homeopathy by self-study and participating in various seminars. He authored 20 books, including flower medicine book in English.

Homeopathy Marundhiyal Nerimurai (Organon book of Dr.Hahnemann) is completely translated into Tamil and is excellent.

He also undertook many sessions based on the books written by him to explain to the friends of HOMEO. Continuously treating the patients for the past 32 years in Bengaluru Tamil Sangam is also his unique contribution.

He was editor of the monthly MEETPOLAI during 1990’s.

Septuaganarian Dr. K. Poongavanam who is completing his 75th year of age now is a versatile figure in society serving not only as a volunteer in Bengaluru Tamil Sangam but also conducting free homeopathy treatment at the premises in addition to conducting classes for those interested in the subject for the last few decades is nothing but yeoman service being rendered by him.

He has trained many people in the field of homeopathy. Further, his keen interest on flower medicine based on Dr. Edward Bach resulted in writing a book on “Healing with Flower Medicine” which helped his students to practice is a feather in his cap.

He has also written a number of books on homeopathy medicine treatment in vernacular for the benefit of practitioners and conducted seminars on the usefulness of flower medicine.

I attended such a seminar held by him on 11/12/2005 at Indirangar Club which was lively in interaction. Photograph taken on the occasion is placed here. Let God give him good health to live long and continue his yeoman service in the society.

Further, I am also a beneficiary in his homeopathy treatment and still continuing to awail the same at this age of my 79 years.
